Meditation for Health and Wellbeing

Have you ever wondered about your existence on this earth and why things are as they are? Do you ever feel that there has to be more to life than there seems to be? People who regularly visit the Meditation Room have been gaining a greater understanding of meditation with a therapeutic and spiritual focus. There is a branch of the meditation and discussion group meeting in Bude and Bristol. You don't have to be experienced in meditation as tuition is given free of charge, there are no subscriptions or dues, although any donations are appreciated. We welcome all faiths, in fact anyone with an open mind will find that they can gain a better understanding of the true nature of their being and the mysteries of life.

Meditation can improve health, of both body and mind, peace and tranquillity. It can also help you to gain a better understanding of your true self. When was the last time you really relaxed? Do you suffer from stress and anxiety? Do you often suffer from depression or low mood or do you just want to improve your general wellbeing? We have used an ancient method of meditation for many years and you can now learn how to overcome many of the illnesses commonly treated by powerful drugs, with a simple course of meditation. Many people spend more time and money on ‘looking good’ than the time they spend on ‘feeling good’ and looking after their health!

Come and join us in a relaxed environment and begin to live life to the full. We meet regularly at the Neetside Centre in Bude on Monday afternoons (except Bank Holidays).
