Yoga has been practiced for over Five Thousand years. It consists of ancient theories, observations and principles about the mind, body relationship. According to the principles of Yoga, when the mind and the body are as one; they together promote self healing. Propagation of Wellbeing and Harmony is striving to achieve and sustain this state of harmony and bliss.

At Lotus AyurVeda Spa we combine Yoga and Meditation as supplementary therapy to our core practice of AyurVeda. These sessions are held in small groups or individually by our qualified staff.
Please call for times; sessions are held both in the mornings and evenings most days of the week.
