Hi I am Caroline and I am passionate about Zumba and latin dancing. Come and join me for a fun-packed and high energy class, perfect for toning up, increasing fitness and weight loss.
The class is based in a fantastic airy studio on the first floor of Arena Sports centre which is on Kingston Hall Road, right near Nandos and La Tasca, just past the Rose Theatre. There is parking at the Rose car park. The class costs £5.00 for students with an NUS card or £7.00 for the general public. Come join me every Thursday evening starting on the 21st July 2011, 8.00 - 9.00pm. Beginners and experienced dancers, men and women are welcome.
