Inspired by hypnotherapy, tai chi and yoga, Daisy Birthing is a complete antenatal package for you to have an easy labour and comfortable birth. Six week courses just for mum to be which cover movement for pregnancy and labour, birthing positions, breathing techniques and a weekly antental education section. Each class ends in a 20 minute blissful relaxation session to help you relax and bond with your bump.
Couples workshops also available to give you everything you need to know about what will happen during your labour and birth and practical advise on how to keep pain levels at a managable level.
Adaptions can be made for most conditions and situations so please contact me for further information.
Classes are held in Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
