We are offering a free weightloss club in Carmarthen, for those who have tried everything and just simply want to lose weight and regain their vitality. The club starts on Wednesday the 18th of January and is every Wednesday from then on. It starts at 6pm untill, well everyone leaves. When you join this club you make new friends and chatting about each others weightloss gets very contagious and drives you to do your best. We talk about nutrition, food, exercise and the power of protein! If you would like to come and join us, the club is held at:
