Body Beautiful Boot Camp ‘Fitness Mornings/Evenings’ aimed at giving you a fantastic and ultimate exercise experience.
Complimenting our ‘Fitness Days’ are our ‘Fitness Mornings/Evenings’ where you will take part in 1 hour of intense group training with one of our experienced PTI’s. They will be held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning and every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
From a typical morning/evening you can achieve:
Fat loss, weight loss and body toning

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
At the moment our classes are of mixed abilities. Once class size increases then we will offer beginner and advanced classes. Although it is group training and some exercises are military style it is not British Military Fitness.
