Southall Martial Arts Academy

At Southall Martial Arts Academy our top priority is teaching our students practical self defence skills within a fun, safe environment.

With classes available for children and teenagers, as well as adults, and a progressive syllabus we can help you to reach your goals, achieving health, fitness and the ability to defend yourself should you ever need to.

We currently hold classes at Hambrough Primary School, South Road, Southall:

Children (ages 4-13) Wednesday and Friday 5-6pm, Sunday 2-3pm
Teenagers and Adults (ages 14+) Wednesday 6-7pm, Sunday 3-4pm

We also hold a mixed children's class on Mondays at 6-7 in the church Hall of Holy Trinity church, Park View road, SOuthall.

Private training is also available with both male and female instructors.
