Girls, join us for this fun filled Nutrition and Cookery Workshop
- Hands on cookery with your friends,
- Food tasting
- Nutrition Games and Discussions
- Maximum 8 Girls
Designed to help girls learn about the food they eat and how it affects their bodies and minds. The course has been specifically designed for teenage girls and we discuss their own unique nutritional requirements whilst keeping it relevant to their goals for today.
At the end of the session we invite parents to come and join us to that the girls can show off their delicious cooking.
The focus of this special half-term workshop will be: "Foods that Boost Your Learning Power"
