' TRX Suspension Training is a form of functional training that uses high intensity, quick paced adjustable bodyweight strength exercises. The key difference betwen TRX and other forms of training however is the added element of instability meaning that you are working the core all of the time.
TRX Suspension and Kettlebell Training sit perfectly together as both are functional, compound based forms of exercise and as the TRX is portable it also gives us the opportunity to train outdoors if and when the summer ever returns! '
