My name is Laura and I am a qualified Group Exercise and ZUMBA(R) Fitness Instructor. I started teaching Zumba Fitness in January 2011 and love every minute of it :-) Come try out one of my classes, they are all suitable for any age (over 14) fitness levels and experience. You don't need to be able to dance or have attended group exercise classes before because it's easy to follow and you can work at your own level and progress as your fitness levels increase. You can come with friends or on your own and make new ones. My classes are fun and friendly and we have lots of giggles throughout, you forget that your even exercising :-) Also I am always available before and after class for any questions or advise.
