Reiki is a very gentle and effective therapy which is documented to help even the most chronic illness/pain. It is excellent for Stress Relief and Relaxation for all age groups- male and female.
One full Reiki session can be equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep!

Reiki is very beneficial working successfully on emotional issues like Bereavement. Addictions - smoking/eating disorders/Insomnia.
Also it is very effective on chronic and acute pain relief particularly post operative recovery.
