Every Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm at Coach Lane Sports Centre, Coach Lane, Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8AD. £3.50 per/class.
Zumba is a fun latin-inspired dance-fitness class based on easy-to-follow moves. Zumba is suitable for all fitness levels and you don’t need any experience. There is no 'right or wrong' in my Zumba class - just LOTS of fun! We are very friendly and I have a great bunch of regulars so you will get a warm welcome :-)
Zumba is for ages 16+ No experience needed and there is no 'first class' so you can start at any time. This is a drop in class, so there is no need to book.
Please arrive approx. 10 Mins early to register/pay. All classes start on the dot!
