Then come and try playing as part of a new Adult Flag American Football team, we are looking to start-up teams across Newcastle and surrounding areas to be part of a new league.
Its a great sport played internationally, minimal contact, good fun, great for getting fit and healthy.
Each team has 5 players on the field at one time,the basics are moving the ball 10 yards with 4 attempts, then repeating up the field of play until a team scores a touchdown.
Teams will have between 5 - 15 players as their roster and can be mixed males and females.

No experience needed, no kit needed, just enthusiasm and minimum aged 18 years old, we are seeking players of all sizes, shapes, fitness, sideline staff, officals and cheerleaders.

We are also looking for men & ladies aged 18+ to be part of the teams and willing to train at least once per week.
