Hi, I am Jo Angelique Hermann. Personal training in the comfort of your own home, i come to you with all the necessary equipment. I am a full international qualified trainer and offer selected types of training, form weightloss, toning, fitness or just health related. I train adults and kids, males and females. I also give boxing and fitness boxing classes.
