I love teaching Zumba because it is fun and gives great results. My Zumba classes (regular Zumba, Zumba Gold & Zumba Toning - see timetable below) are fun, none intimidating and above all, educational. You will rediscover yourself once you join my Zumba classes. I combine my sport science background with teaching skills to guide you on how to exercise with confidence and a big smile on your face. Join me and I will share with you the Zumba Fitness’ formula - "listening and feeling the music"!
In my Zumba classes you will learn the basic steps from famous dance & rhythms including Salsa (Cuba), Merengue (Dominican Republic), Axe (Brazil), Samba (Brazil), Quebradita (Mexico), Flamenco (Spain), Bhangra (India), Cumbia (Colombia), Latin Hip Hop (Latin countries), Reggaeton, Rumba (Latin), Calypson (Jamaica) Pegale (Puerto Rico), Belly Dance (Saudi Arabia), country (USA), Celtic, and many more.
I teach also Zumba Toning, a Zumba class with light hand held weights to improve muscle tone, coordination and burn lots of calories.
