I train in the park, in a studio/gym or at your home, which ever you prefer.
I use a mix of kettle bells, gymnastic rings, body weight and circuit training, pad work along with nutritional advice and fitness and posture testing all to gain the best results.
Spread the cost with kettlebell classes available for groups of 3 people making it £20 each.
