Martial Arts Class for ladies run by ladies !
Come and join our introductory course to the art of Goju Ryu Karate. The course aims to :
* teach basic karate moves
* introduce kata forms
* demonstrate some effective self defence techniques
* provide a good work out (get fit for the summer !)
The course is open to all women of all ages and levels of fitness and will be taught by black-belt instructors Fiona and Sheena. Children are welcome to spectate.
Starting : Fridays New Term starts 13th January 2012
Time : 9.30 -10.30 am
Venue : All Saints Church Hall, 122 Oakleigh Road North, Whetstone N20 9EZ
(cafe on site for refreshments afterwards!)
