our gym is open to anyone over the age of 5 years regardless of race,gender,disability or regardless of where they live.
Our gym offers one to one fitness and boxing training,aswell as groups.
our gym has a friendly atmosphere and approach.
all members of staff are fully qualified and trained and have undergone an enhanced crb check aswell as first aid training.
