Your first step to a fitter you - tone up, feel great and lose weight

Morning Bootcamp is a great way to start the day! Starts 16th February, at 7am, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for 6 energising weeks.

Bootcamp will be varied, fun, rewarding and reinforced with fantastic camaraderie. You will get the opportunity to do circuit training, running, a cardiovascular workout in the gym, a weight training workout in the gym, yoga etc, etc.

Morning Bootcamp will be held at Leicester Sports & Recreation, 40 Manor Road, Oadby Leicester. It is suitable for everyone over 18, sessions will be indoors when it's a cold, dark, wet morning and outdoors when it's sunny, light, warm and dry.

We are now enrolling participants for Bootcamp, spaces are limited. Bootcamp is offered at an introductory price of £50.
