The body is as young as it is flexible. Yoga exercises focus on the health of the spine, its strength and flexibility. By maintaining the spines flexibility and strength through exercise, circulation is increased and the nerves are ensured their supply of nutrients and oxygen.
The beginners course is systematic, each lesson will prepare you for the following one. Each class has additional postures.
I teach a private Yoga course for individual students/ 1-2-1 tuition. In my opinion it's important to build a firm foundation, working at a steady conscious pace before Yoga novices embark on an open class.
