I am a fully qualified personal trainer with an honours degree in Sports Science from the University of Kingston Upon Thames and I am an affiliated member with the Register of Exercise Professionals. I also have many years of experience with the Royal Marines Reserve where I am a qualified physical training instructor.
I always try to make training fun and progressive in order to help you achieve your goals whether they are for weight management, body fat reduction, speed, power or strength training, body toning or body building, stress release or postural management.
I specialise in outdoor training, house calls and corporate fitness and can train you in your local park, at your home or workplace and also offer a pick up and set down service.
If required I can write an individualised nutrition guide for you and provide advice on your lifestyle in order to increase your fitness and general well-being.
I offer a modern up to date fitness training service with a wide range of programmes for specific sports, GP exercise referral, pre wedding fitness and holidays to name but a few.
Covering various parts of Surrey including Guildford, Woking, Godalming, Cobham, Byfleet and Oxshott. All of my services are available on a 121 or group basis for all ages and abilities, seven days a week from 6.30am to 9.15pm.
