Our studio teaches Hatha yoga along with practises from Kundalini and flow yoga.
'be true to you' Yoga teachers respect the tradition of yoga along with recognising the realities of modern life, we infuse toning movements together with traditional asanas (postures) in order to give the body both strengthening and lengthening challenges.
We will help you create and follow a regime at a your own level of experience, and only move on when you are ready to take your practice further

typical class consists of:
Pranayama - breathwork using traditional pranayama to enhance your yoga practice, increase energy levels in the body and awareness
Alignment - proper alignment ques starting with the foundation of the feet working throughout the body.
Asanas - postures to help mobilise and free joints from tension and tightness (working typically tight areas like the neck and shoulders, hamstrings, hips, ankles and wrists).
Meditation - allowing the body and mind to find a place of calm, relaxation and rejuvenation.
