**ZUMBA CLASSES IN NORTH LONDON & HERTFORDSHIRE!**
My name is Claire Janine León, and I'm a Licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor. I am a bubbly, friendly people-person who is passionate about teaching Zumba classes that are fresh, lively, unique, FUN and INCLUSIVE for all my students, whatever your ability!
I grew up with Latin music; in particular, music of Colombian origin - which is where my family were born - and music of Latin origin is therefore very close to my heart. So step in Zumba, and it's creator Beto Perez's, Colombian genius concept which has transformed the world, and the lives of so many of my students!
Zumba Personality - my classes are zesty, friendly, light-hearted, energetic, focussed and, most importantly, very personal and INDIVIDUAL to every one of my students. I am approachable and recognise that you all come for different reasons, with different goals and aspirations for what you want to achieve from your classes. When I dance, I dance with You; my students say our classes have a unique sense of unity that brings everyone in the room together, and leaving feeling exhilarated, high-spirited and restored.
So whether you'd like to come along to improve your level of fitness, lose weight, tone up, release tension after a hard day, socialise, or simply to laugh and have fun, I want to help you achieve your goals in an environment in which you feel comfortable, and is your own. My classes are YOUR PARTY - I'll just help you get it started. :)
