At Jigsaw Personal Training we work with all abilities and can help you to achieve your potential. We do this through a mixture of techniques and training styles. We are different to other coaches as we actually run with our clients (not just stand there with a stop watch whilst you do all the hard work) this not only helps to motivate you, but also so that we can assess you as you run.
