We are a friendly family orientated martial arts school based in South Darenth on the outskirts of Dartford, Kent. Our twice weekly classes cater for children (5+) and mixed adults. Both beginners and experienced martial artists are warmly welcomed at our martial arts school, and the first two lessons are always free.

Our children's & adults classes are structured differently but some of the main techniques and topic covered in our style are as follows.
Awareness & personal safety training
Learning to redirect an attackers force using natural body movements
Movements of avoidance
Escape from grabs
Arresting techniques (control & restrain using minimum force)
Throws & sweeps
Strikes & kicks (strikes using both fist and open hand)
Locks (wrist, arm, legs, etc)
Weapons defence and counter (both traditional and modern weapons)
