Open Day at LA fitness and Childs Play (EWRK)
Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 2009.
Essex Wado Ryu Karate Club have been invited to attend an Open day at LA fitness in Colchester. There will be bouncy castles. Bbqs, free health checks and other class demos.
