Indoor/Outdoor circuit training class in Cardiff.

Your 1st class is free.

Subsequent classes will be £4 per class which you pay on the day.

I'm an ex PTI in the Royal Navy, so I've got loads of experience in circuit training both Indoor and Outdoor.
The circuits are open to anyone who wants to;
