Touch for Health Kinesiology part 1

Friday 29th and Saturday 30th January
£150, plus course books (£50)

This course is certificated by the International Kinesiology College.

Students will learn the following skills:

assess posture and muscle function.
help others achieve their goals.
improve body awareness, co-ordination, muscle function and posture
help relieve pain and emotional stress.
improve the body's self regulatory and detoxification systems.
improve lymphatic drainage and circulation.
improve energy flow within the body.
improve overall health.
find out which foods enhance the body's energy.

Students can continue on to a professional level by completing a further 4 parts, plus an assessment.

For those wanting training in application to animals, there is a further £30 charge.
