Nunchaku Personal Trainer

I offer one to one Nunchaku training for all levels.

I have 16 years’ experience doing Martial Arts and Contact Sports.

As well as improve your Nunchaku's ability, you will improve your fitness, flexibility, get toned, core stability and have fun.

I will come to your home, office, wherever you want, you choose when and where, I will bring training equipment.
Sessions are £12 for 1 hour. First session is free.

Full-contact, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Taekwon-do ITF are avaliable.
