EFT for Addiction Treatment 14-15 November

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for Addiction Treatment is a 2-day training workshop for health and social care professionals, carers, therapists and may also be suitable for some individuals in recovery.

EFT is an effective and simple brief therapeutic intervention, which can be used for:
* Reducing / eliminating cravings for any addictive substance or habit
* Alleviating withdrawal symptoms
* Managing anxiety, fear, grief, anger, shame
* Relieving physical pain and tension
* Changing irrational & negative thinking
* Healing past trauma
* Enhancing sense of control
* Reducing risk of relapse
* Stress management & personal development tool for workers

Training events are run in Manchester and London areas, and can also be delivered in-house.
