Course Outline:
Our financial modeling courses are all "on the job" approach. Trainees are provided with material to and training to create their own models in Excel as they would be required to do on the job. Training aids and PowerPoint's are provided to provide guidance step by step. The course is designed for users with some prior financial modeling in Excel. Training is provided to build integrated models, learn advanced modeling tasks; employing step-by-step approach participants will depart this intensive course with confidence and ability to apply modeling skills in Excel.
Detailed Course Outline:
Financial Statements Modeling; is the foundation for all subsequent modeling modules. Real case studies are used to build full fledge models in Excel. Step-by-step approach is used to instil modeling skills with the theoretical basics.
Discount Cash Flows (DCF) Valuation Modeling: Real life case studies are used to conduct a valuation of a target company using the DCF method. The trainees learn how to calculate WACC and terminal values.
Transaction/Trading Comps Modeling: Trainees work on real life case studies to calculate EV and Equity values of the company. These are the most common analysis performed by investment bankers.
Venues:
All of our non-residential training courses are held in 4 - 5 star venues throughout central London. The training venues are selected by both their location and training and refreshment facilities. This ensures that you will only learn in comfortable and convenient environments. Due to the variation of delegate numbers, confirmation of the central London venue, full address and details of how to get there can only be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the start of the course.
