£1,000 Training Grants Available

In challenging financial conditions businesses often struggle to fund Training and Development; however it’s at just these times that managers need to develop their skills to stay ahead of the competition.

To help businesses in the South East, Train to Gain are offering flexible training grants of up to £1,000 for organisations who employ between 5 and 249 staff.

Train to Gain funding can be used at Pitman Training in Brighton or Eastbourne

• Business Owners and Managers can benefit from a £500 grant towards personal development. This will fund a free place on Pitman Training’s Leadership and Management Training.

• A further £500 matched funding is available for training for any member of staff. Train to Gain will match your contribution pound-for-pound.
