About HRD Services

The driving force behind Human Resource Development Services is Martin Mc Afee, someone with huge passion and flair for development in the Hospitality & Customer Service Industries. Having spent over sixteen years in the workplace developing his own skills and knowledge, he started HRDS in 2005 to help others learn and grow in their service careers.

Martin spent three years at IHMES International Hotel School Isle of Man, where he designed and delivered practical and theory based training for food and beverage operations, food and beverage management, conference and banqueting management and customer care.

It was here, Martin achieved the award of HND in Hospitality Management which subsequently led on to BSc International Hospitality Management at the University of Ulster. For Trainer Approval, Martin holds a professional Train the Trainer Certificate.

What we offer:

HRD Services specialise in hospitality, yet work in a number of areas and diverse sectors of industry. Most of our courses are approved through ILM and accredited with the Royal Society for Public Health.
