Piano lessons in Kings Cross

I have studied music at the Royal Academy of Music, and obtained my BMus from Indiana University. I have been teaching piano for the past 11 years, over the course of which I've taught a wide range of students (both children and adults, and from a very beginning level to beyond grade 8). In addition to private teaching, I am on staff as a piano teacher at The Gower School and the Ealing Junior Music School.

My teaching philosophy is to help my students develop their talent as much as possible, whether they want music to be a lifelong hobby or a potential future profession. I believe in striving for perfection, down to the smallest details, while maintaining a positive encouraging atmosphere to stimulate musical growth.

I offer a free consultation lesson, after which a suitable weekly lesson time would be scheduled at the rate of £25 per hour or £15 for thirty minutes. Most lessons take place at my flat (5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station), where I have a grand piano. For a small additional fee, I can travel to the student's home for the weekly lesson.
