Tai Chi & Chi Gung (Qiqong)

I teach Yang style tai chi chuan as taught by John Ding (5th Generation Yang family). We do Chi Gong (qiqong) and warm-up exercises. The class has 4 sections.Tai Chi is a martial art so it is important that the postures are tested to ensure they are efficient. There will be some application practice as well. 1. Chi Gong.2. Warm-up exercises.3. Foundation form leading to main form.4.
