Reiki Level 1 Course

Reiki 1 is a very powerful and insightful course. During this 2-day course you will rediscover your own healing power to heal yourself - physically, mentally and spiritually. You will be taught the traditional Usui System and Hatsurei ho, a traditional Japanese meditation, along with other protective and cleansing meditations. You will also be taught to heal yourself and others, everyone will receive plenty of healing over the two days.

The course is very practical and hands-on and all students will give and receive healing to learn how to use the energy and how much fun you can have with it.
You will learn:

- Short history of Reiki
- How to use Reiki on yourself and others
- The Chakra system and our Energy Anatomy
- How to work intuitively
- Distant healing
- Hatsu rei ho and other cleansing and protective meditations

No previous healing experience necessary.
