Introduction to Tantra for Women - 1 day workshop, 22nd Aug
Date: Saturday 22nd August.
Exploring tantra is an inner journey that leads to the discovery of deeper states of love and ecstasy within oneself. It's a process of flowering and self-empowerment.
To love someone we need to open our hearts and be open to love, be open to true intimacy, be open to pleasure. We need to be able to let go and surrender to love.
Whether you are new to this or experienced, you are welcome.
It is a full day event, but broken into two sessions for flexibility. You are encouraged to attend the whole day to get the most out of it.
Cost £15 for the day, one or both sessions
Session 1: 11:15 - 1:00
Session 2: 2:00 - 4:45
It will be a practical day, and include:
* Introduction to Tantra and the Tao
* Opening to Love
* Meditations with Tibetan, Hindi and Sufi Chanting
* Breath and Movement
* Chi Kung and Kundalini Yoga
* Learn to give each other a Holistic Massage
These ancient practices are specifically designed to help:

You will have a day of great fun and transformation in a safe environment.
James will facilitate the workshop. He has extensive experience of tantra, tao, massage, mind-body detox, fasting and self-cleansing.

This is a lovely venue, fairly easy to get to, has a lovely floor with mats and good vibes.
Directions: Take the Piccadilly Line to Manor House, then bus 141 or 341 to Newington Green, then a short walk. Also, bus 73 goes to Newington Green from kings cross; buses 67, 149, 242, 243 go up Kingsland High Street/Stoke Newington Road.
Time: 11:15 am - 4:45 pm.
Please arrive early, so we can start together.
What to Bring:
1. Change of clothes, shawls/sarongs, towel, wipes, massage oil and any essential oils of choice.
2. For lunch, bring food and drinks to share if you like, there is also a cafe opposite.
