Results Weight Loss is excited to announce our new Metabolic Group Coaching sessions. It seems so new, yet this type of fitness has been around for over 150 years. How do we explain it? Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere between
is our Group Coaching. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

This new concept is set up in a group class with certified coaches using tools including kettlebells, ropes, and bodyweight. Kettlebell training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going. There is absolutely no way to describe this workout without inviting you to try it.

This class would also be great for those of you that have wanted to become a Results Member but didn’t have the budget for our private services as this class has a very special introductory offer.

The classes run every Tuesday and Friday 6.30pm-7.15pm in studio 2 at Greens Health & Fitness, Leicester.
