Hypnosis For Childbirth

All too often, the process of childbirth is simply seen as a necessary ordeal to endure if you want a baby, but it doesn't have to be this way!
Labour and birth can be one of the most wonderful experiences for both the woman and her partner.
Our aim is to empower you to make this happen.

WORKSHOPS are held at: South Milford Women’s Institute Hall

INTRODUCTORY: Workshops are held on 2nd Thursday of every month 7:30 – 9:00pm
* Introductory workshop costs just £10 per person inc. free ‘Hypnosis For Childbirth’ CD
ADVANCED: Workshops held two consecutive Saturdays each month 9:30 – 12:30pm
* Advanced workshops cost only £75 per person and include 20% discount for couples.
