Discover MiFitness is a personal training and online fitness company set up by enthusiastic athletes who want to offer members of the public a personal training service which uses the same methods as elite sports people. All personal trainers are current or ex-athletes, some of which have competed at international level.
As well as knowing how to perform at the top level and get specific results from training, all personal trainers have a background in physiology and sports science.
All Personal Trainers are members of the Register of Exercise Professionals and qualified instructors.
Along with the Discover MiFitness instructors' knowledge and experience, Discover Mi-Fitness is able to bring you current sporting internationals from sports such as badminton, judo, Muay Thai, rugby, rowing, athletics and swimming to enable you to get the best out of your training.
