(CBT) Training, is running a Social Anxiety workshop in January 2012.
Using CBT in groups can help individuals make sense of overwhelming problems by exploring thoughts, feelings and actions. You have the added support of working with people who share the same anxiety so you know that you are not alone.
Payment is based on what you can afford to pay as donation to Emmaus House where the workshop will take place.
While dealing with a serious issue this workshop will be supportive, sensitive to the problems shared in the group and where appropriate fun.
