Small Group Pilates Classes using Foam Rollers, Magic Circles, Therabands and Ova balls, held every Tuesday at 5:45pm and 7:30pm and on Saturdays at 10am,at the Studio at Back to Balance on 35 Goldstone Villas in Hove. Maximum 8 participants.
