Open IT Training Courses 2009

A bit about us and what we are doing!

Tre Cwm Community Association and Communities First are pleased to be working in partnership with Sue Jackson of ByteBack Training. We are offering open IT Training Courses at the Ty Llywelyn Community Centre,Ffordd yr Orsedd, Llandudno, Conwy, North Wales LL30 1LA.

The training, delivered by Sue, a friendly, experienced IT Trainer is work based and designed to help you develop your computer skills and become more efficient. The courses will give you and/or your employees the skills needed to make the most of today’s software. All training is delivered to a very high professional standard and is done in a fun and friendly way.

The aim of this initiative is to make the newly equipped IT Suite self-sustainable by providing professional computer training to businesses in North Wales. We are offering a special introductory price of £75 per person per day. This will enable Tŷ Llywelyn Community Centre to provide free computer training to all residents of the Tudno and Mostyn Wards a Communities First Area.

All course participants will receive a light lunch, refreshments throughout the day, a course manual, 3-month email helpline and a certificate of completion. The training delivered by Sue a friendly, experienced IT Trainer, is work based and designed to help delegates develop their computer skills and become more efficient.

You will be amazed how much you can learn in one day!

Yes, the courses are lively and intensive but as a maximum of 9 people attend each course we are able to tailor each course so that everyone attending benefits fully from the training.

We have a wide range of short courses available in our newly equipped training room. Microsoft Office courses are available in office 2003 or 2007. The courses will be carried out on a rolling programme throughout the year.
