* Maintaining your PC's security (anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware etc.)
* Using Microsoft Word
* Backing up your PC. How to backup everything so that in the event of drive failure, stolen computer etc. you will be able to restore everything at the touch of a button without having to reinstall and reconfigure everything from scratch!
* Web site design and database programming.
* How files are organised. Where and how to store your documents, pictures, music etc. How to copy, move, rename, search for and delete files to keep your pc from becoming a mess.
* How to give your PC a 'springclean' to increase performance.
* Photoshop
