POPDANCE

Popdance is a relaxed, fun, entertaining class for people who want to learn dance routines to Pop music (and we also get some exercise without realising it!). Ranging from Kylie to Footloose, from Girls Aloud to Michael Jackson, there is something for everyone.

We have a warm up routine and then work on the same dance routine over 4 weeks to give everyone the chance to learn it and then we swap to a new one. It is great fun and gives us the escape from our demanding lifestyles and demanding children. Not just for mums, people of all ages come to our classes and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
