James teaches a very wide variety of styles to all ages, on a one to one basis with well structured lessons adapted to suit the individual needs of the student keeping a fun approach at all times.

Students having never played drums before can expect to be playing simple drum patterns by the end of the first lesson. From there students can develop their skills and hone their own playing styles with various options including: stylistic vocabulary, click track playing, rudiments, music theory and reading, technique and posture, timekeeping and soloing aswell as good unbiased advice.
