Fees: £30 for 1 hour 15 minutes lesson per student (For regular student. 10 lessons must be booked in advance) at tutors place
£40 for 1 hour 30 munites lesson per student (For irregular student. No advance booking required) at tutors place
There are possibilities to travel to pupil's place. Price will vary.
If you organise a small group at your palce, maximum a group of 5 persons then price per person hour lesson would be £10. In advance 10 lessons must be paid by each.

About me: I am a musician, something I have wanted to be since I can remember. I am from Bangladesh where I started my music training by private lessons on Tabla with Ustaad Kamruzzaman and North Indian Vocal Classical with Pandit Anil Kumar Shaha in Dhaka in 1989. I dedicated myself to perfecting everything I was thought through diligent practice and in 1997 I was awarded the prestigious ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Studies) Scholarship to study North Indian Classical Music for four years in Delhi. While studying there with great musicians such as Ustad Sabri Khan, Pt.Birju Maharaj, Pt.Krishan Mohan Mishra, Pt.Jaikishan Maharaj, Smt.Shanti Sharma, Mrs. Shobha Gurtu, Pt.Rajan-Sajan Mishra, Pt.Jagdish Mohan, Pt.Madhup Mudgal and ustaad Mussharat Ali Khan I passed Sangeet Visharad (Equivalent to B.Mus.) and started working as a free lancer musician. I have performed in many major festivals in all over India as a soloist and accompanying vocalist with Kathak dance with renowned Gurus, performers and students of Lakhnow and Jaipur School. From 2005 I have moved in UK and I am based in Leicester. I teach Indian music in schools, colleges and communities and perform regularly around. In 2010 I have performed at the prestigious Darbar festival in London and Leicester. Recently I accompanied Padma Bibhushan Kathak maestro Pt. Birju Maharaj on vocal at SouthBank Centre London in 2011.
