This funky dance class is for all ages and abilities. It is guaranteed to make you sweat, smile and enjoy yourself, come along and learn MTV inspired dance routines to all the latest tunes, learn the moves that make you look good.
This is a fun class with an age range from 13 - 60+ it is a class for all abilities, shapes and sizes, we are a friendly class, we focus on fun rather than getting the dance moves exactly right, it is like Just Dance on the wii except you are surrounded by friends all doing the same moves.it is a great way to get fit.
Every Wednesday at The Carmel Hall, Ufton Lane, Sittingbourne from 7.30pm - 8.30pm and costs just £4.00
