Want to feel and look your best for 2012? Of course you do, and what better way to do it than to come to Shimmy Shake!
The class will be held at New Christ Church Primary School, Milman Road, Reading, Berkshire
Wednesdays from 1st February at 7.30 - 8.30pm and the costs is just £5 for the hour.
Based around belly dance drills the class will increase your fitness, strength and stamina, will add to your technical ability if you are a dancer, and will be a fun way of toning up for non-dancers after the excesses of the holiday period.
If you are already a belly dancer then this will add to your stamina, fitness and ability.
