There's no stereotype for pole students - tall, teeny, skinny, curvy, young or more mature, all are representative and welcome and all can find a really fulfilling workout in a supportive environment.
We are available for courses, private classes, taster sessions and pay as you go lessons on Tuesdays from 4pm - 9pm and Wednesdays from 3pm - 9pm.
